Singapatty Grama Munetra Sangam is a non- governmental organization was constituted by the homogeneous group of social worker belongs to the Sivagangai districts. SGMS is working for Senior Citizens Home and we have conducted various awareness programme for women, aged and elderly persons and carried out various welfare activities to enhance their living and working condition. SGMS is entrusted to 7 members out of which the office bearers
ie., President, Secretary & Treasurer are entirely responsible for the day to day activities of the Organization and 2 general body members.

We have TV and music system installed in our Old Age Home for elderly to entertain. We celebrate festivals. Students from colleges and schools come to spend time with elders. We promote Recreational Activities for elders.
